I take a lot of photos wherever I go using a Canon 400D with a Sigma 18-50 f2.8 lens and an iPhone.

I have photos uploaded at Flickr and at Demotix, a photo agency. Also at Zaijietou, a Chinese street photography website, and Instagram.

My photos have been published alongside many of my freelance articles (and other people‘s) and pictures taken for IRIN in Israel/Palestine can be found all over the web. Images have also been used on the Huffington Post, France 24′s Observers website, on the Wikipedia pages for kidnapped Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit and Qassam rockets, the BBC website, in the Guardian’s Message for Obama book, Voice of Russia, Foreign Policy Journal, non-profit organisations, Electronic Intifada, Point Carbon magazine, the China Digital Times website, Shanghaiist, The Beijinger, the Global Times, Londonist and Schmap.

In May 2009 I won the Guardian’s Been There photo of the month competition with the above image of Juhu Beach in Mumbai, India.
